  • After purchase, you will receive an email with a ticket containing a code that you can use for 5 or 10 visits.
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • The number of tickets you can reserve matches the amount in your selected package.
  • Extra tickets can be purchased separately in the ticket shop or by contacting us.
  • Each play session has a fixed start and end time to ensure a smooth experience for all groups.
  • You can arrive later, but the end time remains the same.
  • You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the play session. Click here to adjust your reservation.
